Greene RE Solutions is a boutique real estate company focused on Brokerage, Management and Development, filling a void between services provided by traditional real estate brokers and the needs of developers and property owners.
One of our novice clients purchased their first commercial property and subsequently purchased adjacent land within 3 months from a separate seller. Another client needed emergency space (within 30 days) for their data mining business to deploy their clients assets quickly and efficiently. A third, a sophisticated developer required complicated (both in scope of work and timing) Construction Management- check out the description and photos in the Management Section.
Reimagining Sibley Square’s 1,100,000 sq. ft. redevelopment is gaining momentum. 280 apartments have been built serving 3 different communities with diverse populations including market rate, fixed income and workforce homes.
In spite of the challenges the pandemic created, Greene RE solutions helped 2 clients purchase their first homes, added a DGX grocery store, The Mercantile on Main restaurant marketplace, The Commissary downtown kitchen incubator, 2 new offices and signed 9 new Leases at Sibley Square.
Construction in 2022 is at full steam. Design Worx opened in January, Skull Diamond and Heart Capital opens in March, a 100 seat theater for Plex and Emerge opens in April, Smola Consulting and EXP Studios opens in May, VPIphotonics opens in June. 3 additional Leases will be announced in April and that’s just at Sibley Square.
In addition, we’ve been engaged us to help new and existing clients buy, sell, lease, manage and re-imagine their property.
