Bushnell's Basin Bruegger's - Pittsford, NY

Design a new building in a Historic Village.  Researched and utilized elements from previous gas station into the new building (see photo's below).  Handled all aspects of the development from acquisition, design, permitting and construction management.   

Monroe-Clover Bruegger's - Brighton, NY

Developed a drive thru on a site that was remarkably small, in a town that is remarkably strict and was suggested it could never be done.
