Through a previous partnership, acted as General Partner and Property Manager for a mixed use (office and retail) property.
Greene RE Solution:
One stop shop for all aspects of Property Management which included tenant interface (sourcing tenants, negotiating leases) as well as managing repairs/maintainance and capital improvements. Services also included sourcing trades for general maintenance (lawn/snow) as well as bidding and over seeing capital projects. Processed accounting (G/L, AP/AR). Worked with accounting professionals for tax implication and production of tax returns, including partners K-1's.

Construction Management Challenge:
Support an experienced developer (with more work than time) complete a challenging project. Demolish +/- 20% of existing, interior space of a strip center. Converting existing interior space to parking, creating the capacity to build a new, free standing, Urgent Care facility.
Greene RE Solution:
While joining this project in the design process. Greene RE Solutions was engaged as a one stop shop for all aspects of Construction Management, allowing the Developer to focus on other areas in their portfolio. We interface with Architects and Engineers, attended private and public hearings with the Town to gain Site Plan approval and Building Permits. Coordinated bidding and awarded contract and supervise General Contractor. Interface and support communications between all parties (Developer, Architect, Engineers and General Contractor), ensuring the project is completed on time and at, or under budget.

Design, engineer, build and install a replica Rocket Truck on the roof of the new Petro Truck Stop on Rt. 66 in Columbia South Carolina.
